A graduate of Central Florida College, As a former gymnast and competitive gymnastics coach, she combines her experience to bring a creative and effective approach to her practice, particularly in Pilates.
Natalie’s specialized knowledge in scoliosis, hypermobility, and gymnastics-related injuries allows her to tailor her methods to each client’s unique needs. She holds certifications in Pilates Balance Body Reformer Levels 1 and 2 and is currently pursuing a certification in ScolioPilates. Her commitment to continuous learning ensures she provides the highest level of care.
Catherine is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a Bachelor of Science from Roanoke College and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Florida State College of Jacksonville. Before joining Scoliosis PT Jax, Catherine honed her skills at an outpatient clinic, specializing in flexibility, light muscle strengthening, and manual techniques to enhance function and improve quality of life across all ages.
Beyond her professional achievements, Catherine shares her love for tennis by teaching at clubs throughout Jacksonville. In her downtime, she enjoys running, playing tennis, walking her dog, and supporting her husband on the golf course.

With over 27 years of experience in mind-body therapeutics, Mary Anne has trained under senior yoga teachers including Aadil Palkhivala and Jehanghir Palkhivala. Certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists, she specializes in hatha yoga, utilizing props like the Great Wall of Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Mary Anne also trains instructors in therapeutic yoga wall techniques.
In 1998, alongside her yoga practice, Mary Anne began therapeutic Pilates training with Polestar Education founders Elizabeth Larkam and Brent Andersen. She became a Polestar Graduate in Post-Rehabilitation in 2001 and continues advanced Pilates studies under Dr. Andersen and other senior Polestar Pilates instructors. Outside her professional life, Mary Anne enjoys time with her family and pursuing interests like nature walks, creative writing, and traveling.
